W Singapore Sentosa Cove’s SKIRT needs no introduction. This steakhouse’s imposing ageing cabinets housing prime cuts of meat, busy open-concept kitchen, and Parilla grill will have Adventurers salivating at first glance. Looking for something truly unique? The brand new Pressed Laksa Octopus features delectable bites that have your name all over it.

And of course, you can’t go to SKIRT and not order a steak! On the menu are dry-aged meat from the USA, Australia, and Argentina. Serious steak connoisseurs will appreciate that their steaks are all sustainably sourced and can even see their origins through QR codes on the menu.

ARE YOU THE SOPHISTICATED?

With a refined and well-travelled palate, Sophisticated diners are most pleased when enjoying exquisite flavours and dishes cooked to perfection. With an eye for the details, they consider everything from the aura of the dining room to the stunning and thoughtful plating.

Madame Fan

The Sophisticated diners will find themselves right at home inside the newly opened Madame Fan. Situated within The NCO Club at the JW Marriott Singapore South Beach, this is the brainchild of famed restaurateur Alan Yau, aka the man behind popular restaurant chains Wagamama and Hakkasan. While at Madame Fan, expect a magnificent blend of traditional Chinese flavours with hints of Western influences. Adorned in black and red, and reminiscent of a bygone era of exuberant glamour and theatre, Madame Fan is a visual showstopper.

You’re guaranteed to be especially impressed by fine-dining interpretations of luxurious Chinese dishes. Lobster Cantonese with wonton noodles tossed in ginger and spring onions, Drunken Crab Rice Noodles cooked in 20-year-old Gu Yue Long Shan rice wine, and double-boiled Four Treasure Soup with sea cucumber and fish maw are also necessary orders.

ARE YOU A FUN LOVER?

Fun Lovers keep it simple when it comes to how they like to eat – good food combined with good company. They’re always on the lookout for exciting dishes, interesting hangouts and hot spots that are great for hanging with family and friends.

Colony

Let’s be real – what’s more fun than indulging in a buffet where your options are endless? With Chinese, Indonesian, Indian, Singaporean, Malaysian, and Western dishes available, The Ritz-Carlton Millennia Singapore’s Colony is the place to experience Singapore’s rich cultural and gastronomic heritage. Fun Lovers will adore the open space, with free-flowing conversations and culinary exploration throughout their meal.

Be spoilt for choice with 8 (EIGHT!!) ‘live’ cooking stations! Highlights include premium seafood and cold cuts from the Ice Bar, Hainanese chicken rice from The Grill & Rotisserie, creamy laksa with fresh cockles from The Steam Basket, and The Wok station’s chilli crab with steamed buns. And as for desserts, Colony doesn’t disappoint with a Patisserie station serving a rotating menu of delectable cakes, macaroons, and gelato for that special sweet ending. Remember to book ahead and get to try their signature pineapple tarts!

ARE YOU A CLASSICIST?

Traditional and timeless, the Classicist has a penchant for natural tasting dishes that remind them of home. Known for being cultured and elegant, Classicists are especially appreciative when they bite into a well-known dish that tastes just like it did back in the day – only more refined.

Yan Ting

When it comes to time-honoured Cantonese tradition, the award-winning Yan Ting at The St Regis Singapore is a top choice for Classicists. Whether you’re enjoying dim sum on the weekend or hosting a special-occasion in one of their private dining rooms, each bite from Yan Ting’s menu is simply astounding.

Extravagant classics are bound to remind you of past celebratory family gatherings. Re-live those memories with luxurious dishes like Braised Whole Abalone in Superior Oyster Sauce and Braised Superior Bird’s Nest with Black Truffle in Pumpkin Sauce. Plan to visit ahead and wait in anticipation for a special chef-served secret dessert.

ARE YOU A HANDS-ON ARTIST?

The Hands-on Artist is filled with curiosity when it comes to food and is always intrigued by the newest and latest in Singapore’s culinary landscape. Not only do they enjoy discovering the tastiest dishes, they also strive to understand the ‘how’ behind spectacular plates.

Sky22

This is one umami-packed goodness! Tiger Prawn Laksa Lemak (S$24) is a good old laksa, a Singapore’s favourite dish. Thick vermicelli, quail eggs (instead of typical hard boiled eggs), dried beancurd and fish cake are doused in a distinctive rich gravy that is neither overly spicy nor thick, thus it does not leave an overwhelming taste in the mouth. . ========== 📍Sky22 Courtyard by Marriott Singapore 99 Irrawaddy Road Singapore 329568 ========== Invited tasting hosted by @courtyardsingapore and @stephielove. . . . #foodsg #laksa #sgfood #instasg #foodiesg #sgfoodie #exploresingapore #singaporeinsiders #sgfoodporn #foodpornsg #instafood_sg #foodgasm #foodphotography #foodstagram #foodiegram #photooftheday #BurppleSG #Burpple #wishuponatart_eats

Located on the 22nd floor of Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena, Sky22 features unobstructed views of the nature reserve and is perfect if you wanted to enjoy your meal with a view. Hands-on Artists will love Sky22’s Build-Your-Own-Bowl concept which allows them to create their own healthy salad with cold cuts and nutritious ingredients like quinoa and chia seeds.

Their Tiger Prawn Laksa Lemak is also arguably one of the best bowls of noodles on the island. Rich and fragrant, you’ll find fish cakes, soup-soaked beancurd puffs and GIANT prawns with every bite. End your meal with a complimentary Chendol in a cup and go home with a special DIY Wild Rice Kit when you book this month.
